Not much has changed in the making of the movie since I last updated this section...

(Except for the plot of the movie, the entire cast, where it takes place, and the fact that nearly all of it has already been filmed)

To help you understand what was going through our minds when all of these changes were considered and decided upon, let me take you back to last week when it all happened: I was walking into school like I would on any normal Thursday, (looking like a total bad ass and promptly giving anyone in my way a knee to the groin) when I noticed Jono glancing at me from across the commons. Though I could hardly see his face, the expression he gave me said it all. It was roughly: "The people who we're depending on to portray the brilliance of our band are all pieces of garbage and will almost certainly fuck everything up, lowering us to the level of amateurs like Andrew Bergee."

I personally would have replaced the word "amateur" with bony-assed douche bag, but other than that he hit the nail right on the head.  After addressing the problem with him, we decided right there on the spot that Derrek "Hollywood" Nelson would look really gay with a ponytail, and that nobody other than band members and people who already work very closely with the band can, or will be in our movie. We also decided to limit ourselves to the confines of Trygg Rogness' basement for filming, and whatever equipment he has. (Its the only way to take away the unfair edge that we have over all other filmmakers)  We all agreed that it would be best to get rid of the idea of having a script, so the lines in the movie are all improvised on the spot, which makes our movie nearly as unpredictable as Bill Cosby's Kids say the Darndest things.

Concerning how much we've gotten done so far, we've covered everything up through our show at the Mahtomedi Meetings Grounds, so there isn't a lot left to film.  We also completed an exclusive interview lead by none other than Evan Vail himself.  In it, Jono and I share never before told stories about the band, and introduce both Andy and the video itself.
